People can access counselling without a referral.

  • Medicare rebates apply with a doctor’s referral.
  • Private health rebates may also be available through BUPA, HCF, Medibank Private, Doctor’s Health and Teacher’s Health (this includes Nurses and Midwives Health and UniHealth) extras cover. You will need to confirm for yourself the available rebate directly with your health fund.
  • DVA approved sessions are available for white and gold card holders with a suitable GP referral.

Individual sessions are for 60 minutes.

Couple and Family sessions are for 90 minutes.

  • Session fees vary for couple and family work. Please reach out to Kate to enquire.
  • Family sessions are not usually covered under Medicare.
